My [Long] Dark (K)night...

Saw the much anticipated Batman movie, "The Dark Knight", last night / early this morning and absolutely loved it. This one is definitely better than the last and the last was great.

My only complaint was the amount of time and energy I had to invest in this movie. Talk about commitment: I left work and came home to force myself to nap; I met my friends at a sports bar/restaurant for the slowest service ever; we went into the theater at 10PM (luckily we didn't have to wait outside in line) and waited until the previews started at 12:01AM; and, the movie is 150 minutes (maybe 20 minutes too long). Thankfully, I was with some really great friends and the time waiting felt fast but the A/C in the theater was set to balmy and I live in AZ.

Nevertheless, I highly recommend this flick. Additionally, the previews for "Watchmen" looked sick and "Tropic Thunder" looked funny, funny, funny.
